  • Ian Rapoport reports that Smith hit a street lamp during the DUI incident, which led to the third game of his suspension.

Smith, 28, signed a three-year, $16.5 million contract that included $7.465 million guaranteed as a free agent back in 2013. He’s now in the final year of his contract and stands to make a base salary of $4.25 million for the upcoming season.
