Chiefs Hosting Four QBs For Tryouts This Weekend Including Bo Wallace Of Ole Miss

The Kansas City Chiefs released a list of players trying out for them this weekend, which includes four quarterbacks.

The most notable quarterback among this group is Bo Wallace of Ole Miss.

During Wallace’s three years at Ole Miss, he threw for 9,534 yards while completing 63 percent of his passes to go along with 62 touchdowns and 41 interceptions. He also contributed 944 yards rushing on 395 carries (2.4 YPC) and 20 rushing/receiving touchdowns.

The other quarterbacks trying out for the team are Colorado State-Pueblo’s Chris Bonner, Louisiana Tech’s Cody Sokol and Richmond’s Michael Strauss.

As of now, the Chiefs have four quarterbacks on their roster including: Alex SmithChase Daniel, Aaron Murray and Tyler Bray.

This could be them doing their due diligence on some available young quarterbacks, but there’s a chance that one of them could be given an opportunity to compete for the No. 3 quarterback job this summer.
