Chiefs Hosting QB Chad Henne For Visit, Also Interested In Matt Moore

Jeff Darlington of ESPN reports that the Chiefs are scheduled to host free agent QB Chad Henne for a visit Thursday.

According to Darlington, the Chiefs also interested in veteran QB Matt Moore.

Henne recently visited with the Titans and reportedly has interest from the Dolphins as well, so there’s a decent market developing for him.

Henne, 32, is a former second-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2008. He played four years for Miami before signing with the Jaguars as a free agent in 2012.

Henne restructured his contract last season with the Jaguars to a one-year, $3,250,000 contract and is now an unrestricted free agent for the second time in his career.

In 2016 and 2017, Henne appeared in a combined three games for the Jaguars and has recorded just two passing attempts.
