Chiefs Re-Sign RFA OLB Dezman Moses

Terez A. Paylor reports that the Chiefs have agreed to a one-year contract with restricted free agent OLB Dezman Moses.

Moses, 26, originally signed on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Tulane back in 2012. Green Bay waived Moses after a year and half, but the Chiefs wound up claiming him off waivers.

Chiefs GM John Dorsey was with the Packers when they signed Moses and has targeted a number of Packers’ castoffs since joining Kansas City.

Moses didn’t appear in a single game last year, but he saw some action during the 2013 season. That season, Mosese recorded six tackles over the course of 13 games.
