Chiefs Release Veteran OL Jah Reid

The Kansas City Chiefs announced Thursday that they’ve released veteran OL Jah Reid.

According to, releasing Reid will free up $2,787,500 of available cap space while creating $775,000 in dead money.

In 2016, Reid appeared in 12 games for the Chiefs and played 101 total snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
