Chiefs Sign DL Rakeem Nunez-Roches To PS, Cut WR Seantavius Jones

The Kansas City Chiefs announced Tuesday that they’ve signed DL Rakeem Nunez-Roches and OL Daniel Munyer to their practice squad and waived WR Seantavius Jones from the unit.

The Chiefs’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. WR Frankie Hammond
  2. ILB Terrance Smith
  3. DL Rakeem Nunez-Roches
  4. RB Darrin Reaves 
  5. DL David King
  6. G Jarrod Pughsley
  7. LB Earl Okine
  8. DB Terrance Mitchell
  9. LB Ramik Wilson
  10. OL Daniel Munyer

Nunez-Roches, 23, is a former sixth-round pick by the Chiefs of the 2015 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year, $2,370,484 rookie contract that contained $90,484 guaranteed and was set to make $525,000 this season to go along with another $615,000 next year and $705,000 in 2018.

In 2015, he appeared in seven games for the Chiefs and recorded four total tackles during that span.
