Chiefs Sign WR Armon Binns To Their Practice Squad

Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports reports that the Chiefs have signed WR Armon Binns to their practice squad on Monday.

Binns, 24, signed with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Cincinnati back in 2011. He was later added to the Bengals practice squad before getting claimed off waivers by the Miami Dolphins in December of 2012.

In 2012, Binns, appeared in 10 games for the Dolphins, but unfortunately suffered a torn ACL and MCL during training camp and subsequently missed the entire 2013 season

The Dolphins did re-sign him to an exclusive rights tender during the offseason, but he was ultimately waived last week as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
