Chiefs Sign WR Seantavious Jones To Practice Squad, Cut C Daniel Munyer

The Kansas City Chiefs officially signed WR Seantavius Jones to their practice squad and waived C Daniel Munyer from the 10-man unit.

The Chiefs’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. WR Frankie Hammond
  2. ILB Terrance Smith
  3. RB Darrin Reaves
  4. DL David King
  5. G Jarrod Pughsley
  6. LB Earl Okine
  7. DB Terrance Mitchell
  8. LB Ramik Wilson
  9. WR Seantavius Jones
  10. NT Rakeem Nunez-Roches

Jones, 23, signed on with the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Valdosta State back in May of last year. He was ultimately unable to make the team’s final roster coming out of the preseason, but was later signed to the team’s practice squad and was on and off of their active roster last year.

New Orleans waived him back in February but he managed to sign on with the Eagles just a few weeks later. Unfortunately for Jones, the Eagles elected to place him on waivers in earlier April.

The Chiefs signed him to a contract and later added him to their practice squad coming out of the preseason. He was recently cut loose.

In 2015, Jones appeared three games but didn’t record a single statistic.
