Chiefs Sign WR Kashif Moore To Futures Deal

The Kansas City Chiefs officially signed WR Kashif Moore to a future/reserve contract on Wednesday.

Moore becomes the 18th player to sign a future/reserve contract with the Chiefs. The other players include:

  3. WR Fred Williams
  4. TE Ross Travis
  5. OL Laurence Gibson
  6. G Michael Liedtke
  7. RB Darrin Reaves
  8. WR Da’Ron Brown
  9. OT Reid Fragel
  10. DB Deveron Carr
  11. DB Keith Lewis 
  12. WR Kenny Cook
  13. DE Dominique Davis
  14. LB Cameron Gordon
  15. DB Jordan Kovacs
  16. RB Trey Millard
  17. DT Alameda Ta’amu

Future/reserve contracts are essentially an opportunity for players compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and training camp.

Moore, 27, wound up signing on with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Connecticut back in 2012. He spent just a few months in Cincinnati before joining a number of teams including the Colts, Chargers, Texans and Steelers.

Moore has yet to appear in an NFL game.
