Chiefs Worked Out LB Alex Singleton

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Chiefs worked out LB Alex Singleton this week.

Singleton, 21, wound up signing on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Montana State shortly after this year’s NFL draft. However, he was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason before later signing on to the Patriots’ practice squad a few days into the season.

New England would end up releasing Singleton just one week later.

During the preseason, Singleton recorded nine tackles over the course of four games.
