Chiefs Worked Out S Sharrod Neasman

According to Aaron Wilson, the Kansas City Chiefs worked out free agent S Sharrod Neasman on Wednesday.

This is the first reported interest in Neasman since the free agent market officially opened.

Neasman, 26, wound up signing on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Florida Atlantic back in 2016. He was cut loose at the start of the 2016 season and later signed to the Falcons practice squad.

Last year, Neasman managed to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but the Falcons declined to tender him a qualifying offer this past March, making him an unrestricted free agent.

In 2017, Neasman appeared in 11 games for the Falcons and recorded two tackles.
