Childress’s Last Game With The Vikings?

Now that the Randy Moss fiasco has come to an end, the Minnesota Vikings can focus on winning some much needed games to get back into playoff contention.

Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com reports that Vikings owner Zygi Wilf addressed the team today regarding the Moss situation and apologized for the whole ordeal. Wilf remains hopeful that the Vikings can right the ship despite their slow start to the season.

Marvez was able to confirm that Wilf was “infuriated” with Childress decision to release Moss and also reported that Childress has in fact alienated members of the Vikings front office who were not approached regarding this decision.

Marvez speculates that Sundays game against Arizona could be Childress’s last if they lose. With all things considered, Childress has to know that there is no room for error any longer. It’s almost unimaginable that Childress will be with the team after the regular season concludes but things change in a week to week league so we’ll have to see.
