Clemson DE/OLB Clelin Ferrell Declares For 2019 Draft

On Thursday, Clemson DE/OLB Clelin Ferrell announced via his Twitter account that he’s forgoing his final year of eligibility and entering the 2019 NFL draft.

Ferrell, 6-5, 260lb, is widely considered to be one of the top edge rushers this year’s draft class, and it would not be surprising to see him end up as a top 10-15 pick when all is said and done.

During his college career at Clemson, Ferrell recorded 166 tackles, 50.5 tackles for a loss, 27 sacks, five forced fumbles, a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown and five pass defenses over the course of 44 games.
