Colts Believe RB Ahmad Bradshaw Has A Broken Ankle

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Colts believe RB Ahmad Bradshaw suffered a broken ankle during Sunday night’s loss to the Patriots.

  • Schefter adds that Bradshaw will undergo further testing to determine of the severity injury.

Following Sunday’s game, Bradshaw was seen on crutches, so it was pretty clear that this was likely a serious injury.

This is horrible news for Bradshaw and the Colts, as he has been an important part of their offseason this season and won’t be easily replaced.

Bradshaw, 28, has dealt with numerous injuries over the course of his career, which was the reason he signed a one-year, $855,000 contract with the Colts back in March.

This season, Bradshaw has ran for 425 yards on 90 carries (4.7 YPC) and caught 38 passes for 300 yards receiving to go along with eight total touchdowns.
