The Indianapolis Colts announced Tuesday that they’ve claimed LB Deon King off of waivers from the Chargers and waived WR Marcus Leak.
King, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out oof Norfolk State back in May. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason but was later signed to their practice squad a day later.
The Chargers signed him to their practice squad before recently calling him up.
During his college career, King recorded 372 tackles, 52.5 tackles for a loss, 22 sacks, four forced fumbles, five recoveries and six pass defenses
