Colts Designating OT Joe Haeg To Return From Injured Reserve

Colts HC Frank Reich announced Wednesday that they’re designating OT Joe Haeg to return from injured reserve, per Mike Chappell.

This officially opens a three-week window of time for the Colts to add him to their active roster or he would revert back to injured reserve.

The Colts placed Haeg on injured reserve back in September with a high-ankle sprain.

Haeg, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Colts back in 2016. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.582 million contract and set to make a base salary of $630,000 for the 2018 season.

Haeg will be an unrestricted free agent in 2019.

In 2018, Haeg has appeared in three games for the Colts.
