The Indianapolis Colts have announced that they have relieved Jim Caldwell of his duties as head coach.
It’s really not a surprise that Caldwell was fired but it would have made sense for them to make the move sooner as a number of teams have bee interviewing candidates for a while now. Indy obviously felt that they wanted to have a GM in place before they addressed their head coach.
At this point it’s hard to say who the front runners will be but I’m sure we’ll have plenty of options by the end of the day.
