Colts Make QB Change, Dan Orlovsky In

Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell mentioned that QB Dan Orlovsky will replace Curtis Painter as the teams starting quarterback for Week 13’s game against the New England Patriots.

At this point it can’t hurt. So far Painter and Kerry Collins have led them to a 0-11 record with games remaining. The Colts get the Patriots this weekend and the Ravens in Week 14 so he’s basically inherited an impossible situation.

The good news for Colts fans is that  ESPN‘s Adam Schefter writes that the Colts will take Stanford QB Andrew Luck with the No. 1 pick during next years draft no matter what.

Luck can start looking to buy a new house in Indianapolis,” writes Schefter.
