Colts Place WR Quan Bray On I.R. & Promote Tevaun Smith To Active Roster

The Indianapolis Colts announced a series of roster moves on Tuesday including placing WR Quan Bray on injured reserve and promoting WR Tevaun Smith to their active roster.

Other roster moves include:

  • Colts signed WR Marcus Leak and CB Frankie Williams to their practice squad.
  • Colts placed TE Mike Miller on the practice squad injured list.
  • Colts waived S Lee Hightower from their practice squad.

Bray, 23, wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Auburn back in May of last year. He wound up spending his rookie season on the team’s practice squad but managed to make the 53-man roster this year.

In 2016, Bray has appeared in six games and caught three passes for 36 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He’s also contributed 231 kick return yards and 58 punt return yards.
