The Indianapolis Colts announced Saturday that they’ve promoted OT Jeremy Vujnovich to their active roster ahead of their game against the Jaguars.
Vujnovich, 25, originally signed on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana College back in 2014. He’s spent two years on the Packers’ practice squad and returned to Green Bay on a future/reserve contract back in January. , but elected to cut him loose earlier in the week to make room for some undrafted rookie signings.
Unfortunately, the Packers elected to cut him loose shortly after this year’s draft. Vujnovich later signed on with the Colts but was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason. Indianapolis did, however, sign Vujnovich to their practice squad.
Vujnovich has yet to appear in an NFL game.
