The Indianapolis Colts announced that they’ve signed G Blake Muir and four undrafted rookies including CB Dante Blackmon, S Tyson Gram, WR Al-Damion Riles and OT Andrew Wylie.
Muir, 26, wound up going undrafted out of Baylor back in May of last year before signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the 49ers. He was waived as the 49ers trimmed their roster down to 53 players but signed on to Packers’ practice squad at the start of the season.
Unfortunately, Muir lasted just over a month in Green Bay before he was once again cut loose. The Falcons signed him to their practice squad in November and he returned to the team on a future/reserve contract a few months ago.
However, the Falcons elected to cut him loose in the days leading up to this year’s draft.
Muir has yet to appear in an NFL game.
