The Indianapolis Colts announced the signing of first-round pick WR Phillip Dorsett on Wednesday.
The Colts still need to lock up third-round picks CB D’Joun Smith and DE Henry Anderson in order to complete their 2015 draft class.
According to OverTheCap.com, Dorsett is projected to receive a four-year contract worth $8,135,416 and includes a $4,176,664 signing bonus. The Colts will have the ability to exercise a fifth-year option on Dorsett in year-four of the agreement.
During his four-year career at Miami, Dorsett registered 121 receptions for 2,132 yards (17.6 avg.) and 17 touchdowns with a long catch of 79 yards which went for a touchdown. Dorsett also contributed on special teams and recorded 25 punt returns for 477 yards (19.1 avg.) and 25 punt returns for 136 yards (5.4 avg.).
