The Colts announced that they have signed free agent kicker Carson Wiggs and waived guard Zach Allen on Tuesday.
Wiggs, 24, signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue back in 2012. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks last year, but was later released in August.
Allen, 23, signed to the Colts practice squad in 2013 and would later sign a Reserve/Future contract a few months ago.
