Da’Norris Searcy Still In Active Talks With Chiefs & Bears

Josina Anderson reports that Da’Norris Searcy‘s camp is “still in active talks with the Chiefs and the Bears along with the Titans at this hour.

A number of teams have been connected to Searcy including the Colts, Dolphins, Giants, Raiders, Texans.

Jim Wyatt reports that the Titans appear to be poised to land sign Bills free agent safety Da’Norris Searcy.

  • Ian Rapoport reports that Searcy is expected to receive a four-year, $24 million with $10.5 million guaranteed.
  • Rapoport adds that they are still finalizing the agreement.

Seacy, 26 appeared in 15 games for the Bills in 2014 and recorded 65 tackles, a half sack, three interceptions, a forced fumble, a recovery and five pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 18 safety out of 87 qualifying players.
