Colts Waive TE Colin Jeter From I.R. With Settlement

The Indianapolis Colts officially waived TE Colin Jeter from injured reserve with a settlement on Friday.

Jeter, 22, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of LSU back in May. He stands to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the agreement.

During his college career at LSU, Jeter caught 23 passes for 310 yards receiving and two touchdowns over the course of two seasons and 16 games.
