Colts Waiving RB Dan Herron From I.R. With Settlement, Cut G Robert Myers

The Indianapolis Colts announced that they’ve reached an agreement with RB Dan Herron on an injury settlement Friday.

Herron will be waived from the team’s injured reserve list and will need to go unclaimed before he can sign on with a team of his choosing.

Herron, 26, signed his exclusive rights tender from the Colts back in April worth $660,000.

In 2014, Herron appeared in all 16 games for the Colts and ran for 351 yards on 78 carries (4.5 YPC) to go along with 21 receptions and 173 yards receiving and a touchdown.
