Colts Worked Out 4 Including LBs Khairi Fortt & John Lotulelei

According to Howard Balzer, the Colts brought in four players for workouts on Tuesday including LB Khairi Fortt, CB Greg Ducre, CB Shakiel Randolph, and LB John Lotulelei.

Fortt, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Saints back in 2014. He, unfortunately, lasted just a few months in New Orleans before he was waived and later claimed by the Bengals.

His time in Cincinnati was also short-lived, as he was once again cut loose just a month after he joining the team. The Jaguars later signed him off of the Bengals’ practice squad, but he was among their early roster cuts at the start of the 2015 season.

Seattle signed Fortt to a contract shortly after this year’s draft before later waiving him in June.

In 2014, Fortt appeared in three games and recorded a single tackle for the Jaguars.

Lotulelei, 24, originally signed on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of UNLV back in April of 2013. He managed to make the Seahawks’ 53-man roster that year, but lasted just a few months into the regular season before he was waived and later claimed by the Jaguars.

Jacksonville waived him with the injury designation back in October but later released from their injured reserve list with a settlement.

Lotulelei caught on with the Raiders towards the end of last year.

In 2015, Lotulelei was active for four games but did not record a single statistic.
