Colts Worked Out RB Travaris Cadet

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Colts brought in RB Travaris Cadet for a workout on Tuesday.

Cadet, 26, originally signed on with the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State back in 2012. He spent three years in New Orleans before he was allowed to test the open market this past March.

The Patriots wound up signing him to a two-year contract worth $1.75 million contract, only to release him a few weeks ago.

Since becoming available, Cadet has worked out for the Jets and Lions.

This season, Cadet was active for one game and caught one pass for two yards receiving.
