According to Fitzgerald, there are also escalators included in his contract for making the Pro Bowl.

The Vikings selected Fusco with the No. 172 overall pick of the 2011 draft and he has gone on to appear in 34 games over the course of three seasons.
According to Pro Football Focus, Fusco was the No. 8 guard in the league last year out of 81 qualifying players. He was especially solid as a run-blocker for the Vikings, but still had a positive rating in pass-protection based on PFF’s ratings.
