Cowboys HC Jason Garrett Wins Coach Of The Year

Cowboys HC Jason Garrett was named the Associated Press 2016 Coach of the Year Saturday night at the NFL Honors show.

Garrett, 50, began his NFL coaching career with the Dolphins back in 2005 as their quarterbacks coach. After two years in Miami, the Cowboys hired him as their offensive coordinator and he eventually worked his way up to head coach.

Over the course of his seven years in chargers of the Cowboys, Garrett has led the team to a record of 58-46 (55.8 percent), which includes two playoff appearances.
