Cowboys LB Justin Durant Likely Out For Season

Cowboys LB Justin Durant suffered a torn bicep during Monday night’s loss to the Redskins, according to owner Jerry Jones, per Tim MacMahon.

Durant exited with what appeared to be an arm injury and was ruled out for the game shortly after, so it was clear that this could be a serious injury.

Durant, 29, is in the final year of his two-year, $2.365 million contract and will make a base salary of $1.25 million for the 2014 season.

Heading into Week 9, Durant has recorded 39 tackles, one interception, two forced fumbles and a recovery over the course of five games. Pro Football Focus has Durant listed as the No. 12 outside linebacker in a 4-3 defense out of 34 qualifying players.
