The Dallas Cowboys officially placed LB Jerrell Harris on injured reserve Thursday after he cleared waivers. He lasted just a few months in Atlanta before he was cut and later signed to the Jaguars’ practice squad.
Since then, Harris has played for several teams including the Patriots, Raiders, Chargers, Broncos, and Lions before signing a future/reserve contract with the Cowboys in January. Dallas waived with the injury designation on Wednesday.
Harris, 26, originally signed on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama back in 2014.
Harris has yet to appear in an NFL game.
