Cowboys Place WR Terrance Williams On Injured Reserve

According to Adam Schefter, the Cowboys have placed WR Terrance Williams on injured reserve on Saturday due to a foot injury.

They also placed C Travis Frederick on IR and activated DE David Irving.

Williams, 29, is a former third-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2013. He played out the final year of his rookie contract and made a base salary of $1.686 million for the 2016 season before signing a four-year, $17 million contract that included $9.5 million guaranteed.

Williams stands to make base salaries of $3.5 million over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2018, Williams has appeared in two games for the Cowboys and caught two passes for 18 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
