Cowboys Reportedly Have Interest In Georgia QB Aaron Murray

Calvin Watkins of ESPN Dallas reports that the Cowboys are interested in Georgia QB Aaron Murray and plan on attending his Pro Day this week.

The Cowboys signed former first-round pick Brandon Weeden to a contract a few weeks after the Browns cut him loose with the intention of developing him in coming years.

However, you could easily make the case that Dallas would be better off spending their time working with a young prospect who could eventually become their long-term starter.

Tony Romo is coming off of back surgery and Kyle Orton has reportedly been mulling over retirement.

Murray has some supporters, but it appears as though he could be available in third or fourth round of the draft.
