Cowboys Sign CB Tyler Patmon, Waive S Marvin Robinson

According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, the Dallas Cowboys have signed CB Tyler Patmon, and waived S Marvin Robinson.

Patmon was a three-year starter at the University of Kansas before joining Oklahoma State as a graduate transfer.  While undersized, Patmon possesses man coverage skills, and is a willing tackler in the run game.

Dallas has been trying to upgrade their secondary for several years, but Patmon figures to only challenge for a reserve spot.

Marvin Robinson signed with Dallas as an undrafted free agent out of Ferris State.
