Irwin-Hill will have to compete for a roster spot with Chris Jones this summer.
Irwin-Hill wound up going undrafted out of Arkansas a few years and this will be his first opportunity with an NFL team. He’s an ambidextrous punter who spent two years at a junior college before transferring for the 2013 season.
During his college career at Arkansas, Irwin-Hill totaled 4,365 punt return yards on 104 attempts (42 YPA) over the course of two years and 25 total games.
