Cowboys Sign QB Kellen Moore To Practice Squad

The Dallas Cowboys signed QB Kellen Moore to their practice squad on Wednesday after he cleared waivers, according to Todd Archer.

  • The Cowboys also promoted LB Mark Nzeocha to the active roster.

Moore, 26, wound up signing on with the Lions as an undrafted free agent out of Boise State back in 2012. He spent over three years in Detroit before he was among their final roster cuts a few weeks back.

The Cowboys later signed him to their practice squad before promoting him to their active roster shortly after Tony Romo when down with a collarbone injury.

Moore has yet to appear in an NFL game.
