Cowboys Waive DB Jeremiah McKinnon & LB Henoc Muama From I.R. With Settlements

The Dallas Cowboys officially waived DB Jeremiah McKinnon and LB Henoc Muama from injured reserve with injury settlements on Thursday.

McKinnon, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Florida International back in May before signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Cowboys. He was set to make a base salary of $450,000 for the 2016 season when he was waived with the injury designation earlier in the week.

After clearing waivers, McKinnon was placed on injured reserve Wednesday.

During his four-year college career, McKinnon recorded 104 tackles, a half sack, five interceptions with one being returned for a touchdown, 14 pass defenses, four forced fumbles and two pass defenses.
