Cowboys Waive DT Brian Price & G Kadeem Edwards

The Dallas Cowboys announced Sunday that they’ve waived G Kadeem Edwards and DT Brian Price to make room for S Ibraheim Campbell and C Adam Redmond, who were claimed off of waivers.

Price, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas-San Antonio back in 2016. However, he was unfortunately among their roster cuts coming out of the preseason.

The Packers later signed him to their practice squad before calling him up for a brief stint on their active roster back in September. Green Bay waived Price as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit coming out of the preseason last year and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Cowboys.

Dallas re-signed Price to a two-year, $1.35 million contract back in March.

In 2017, Price appeared in eight games for the Cowboys and recorded eight tackles, no sacks and a pass defense.
