Cowboys Waive LB Darius Eubanks After Just A Day With The Team

The Dallas Cowboys have placed LB Darius Eubanks on waivers after just one day with the team, according to Todd Archer.

Archer mentions that Eubanks is still rehabbing old injuries and did not feel 100 percent ready to go for the start of training camp.

Eubanks, 25, originally signed no with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia Southern back in 2013. Since then, Eubanks has had brief stints with the Browns and Cowboys before signing on to the Buccaneers’ practice squad towards the end of last year.

Tampa Bay later placed him on waivers right before the NFL Draft. The Cowboys signed him to a contract Saturday.

In 2013, Eubanks appeared in nine games and recorded 12 tackles for the Browns.
