Damontre Moore Passes Through Waivers Unclaimed, Now A Free Agent

Former second-round pick DE Damontre Moore officially passed through waivers unclaimed on Saturday and is now free to sign on with a team of his choosing.

Moore, 23, is a former third-round pick of the Giants back in 2013. He lasted over two years in New York before he was waived in December of last year.

The Dolphins elected to claim him off of waivers from the Giants. However, he was waived a few months ago.

The Raiders signed Moore to a contract in May before they elected to place him on waivers Friday.

In 2015, Moore has appeared in 14 games and recorded 27 tackles, four sacks, a forced fumble and a recovery for the Giants and Utah.
