David Garrard’s Chance Of Making The Dolphins Roster “Don’t Look Good”

Dolphins quarterback David Garrard is still recovering from a knee surgery he underwent three weeks ago. Due to his inability to jog earlier this week or even put pressure on it, Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post mentions Garrad’s days with the Dolphins could be numbered.

“Veteran David Garrard is also still with the Dolphins, but his chances of making the roster don’t look good following knee surgery three weeks ago,” Volin writes. “Garrard said that as of Sunday he couldn’t jog or put any real pressure on his knee. Roster cuts are due by 9 p.m. Friday.”

With Garrard’s slow recovery from knee surgery and Pat Devlin improving, it appears the only move the Dolphins can make is to release the veteran quarterback.
