Delvin Breaux Leaves Broncos’ Visit Without Deal, Could Meet With Other Teams

According to Mike Klis of 9 News, Saints free agent CB Delvin Breaux completed his visit with the Broncos on Thursday without the two parties reaching an agreement on a contract.

Klis says that it’s possible Breaux will visit with other teams.

Breaux, 28, wound up signing on with the Saints as an undrafted free agent back in May of 2015. He played out the final year of his three-year, $1.587 million contract and was set to be a restricted free agent this offseason.

The Saints placed Breaux on injured reserve coming out of the preseason and he wound up missing the entire 2017 season. Breaux is a currently an unrestricted free agent after the Saints declined to tender him a restricted offer.

In 2016, Breaux appeared in six games and recorded 21 tackles, no interceptions and a pass defense for the Saints.
