On Tuesday, free agent WR Dez Bryant mentioned on Twitter that he would prefer to re-sign with the Cowboys, but he’s willing to join a new team if that’s his best option.

Last week, Bryant said he expects to sign with a team “soon” and he has been posting workout videos in recent days.
While Bryant may be interested in returning to the Cowboys, there has been zero indication from Dallas that this is even a consideration for them.
Bryant met with the Browns before the start of the regular season and one report said that Cleveland’s interest in him could pick after Week 1, seeing as the vested veteran guarantee would be expired.
The Browns reportedly offered Bryant a one-year contract worth $5 million, but he turned it down.
Before that, Bryant reportedly turned down a three-year, $21 million offer from the Ravens after he was released a few months ago.
Bryant, 29, is a former first-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2010. He was in the third year of his five-year, $70 million contract that included $45 million guaranteed and was set to make base salaries of $12.5 million over the final two years of the agreement when Dallas released him in a move that freed up $8.5 million of available cap space.
In 2017, Bryant has appeared in 15 games for the Cowboys and has caught 66 passes for 814 yards receiving and six touchdowns. Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 45 receiver out of 116 qualifying players.
