Dolphins Have No Interest In Matt Flynn At This Point In Time

Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports reports that the Miami Dolphins have yet to show “remote interest” in Packers Matt Flynn despite the fact that new head coach Joe Philbin has worked with  him in recent years.

Cole writes that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has told GM Jeff Ireland to put the “full-court press” on pursuing Peyton Manning so the fact that Flynn’s name hasn’t come up yet makes plenty of sense.

There’s probably not a single team that has Matt Flynn at the top of their to-do list. Manning is the first domino to fall in the quarterback market and until he’s actually leaning towards a few options, I wouldn’t expect to hear much about Flynn.
