Dolphins “Highly Unlikely” To Re-Sign RB Reggie Bush

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports a source has informed him that the Miami Dolphins are “highly unlikely” to retain RB Reggie Bush in the coming months.

Armando Salguero reports that the Dolphins believe Lamar Miller could end up being a better running back Bush next season.

Salguero adds that there hasn’t been a single person who mentioned Daniel Thomas‘ name in regards to their starting running back job in 2013.

Chris Wesseling of NFL.com tossed out the Bengals and Lions as speculative options for Bush.

The Dolphins are reportedly unwilling to overpay for Bush, which is a pretty clear indication that he’ll test the free market in the coming months.

We have Bush listed as the No. 42 best available player in our Top 50 Free Agents list.
