Dolphins Remove QB Pat Devlin From I.R. With An Injury Settlement

The Miami Dolphins removed QB Pat Devlin from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, according to the NFL transaction release.

Devlin reverted to injured reserve after Miami released him following the signing of QB Brady Quinn earlier this month.

After Devlin was released, Mike Garafolo, citing a source, reported that the Ravens are among the teams that could have interest in signing Devlin to a contract.

Delvin, 26, signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Delaware back in 2011. He served as the Dolphins’ third-string quarterback last season, backing up Ryan Tannehill and Matt Moore.
