Armando Salguero reports that the Dolphins have agreed to terms with seventh-round draft pick DE Terrence Fede.
The Dolphins now have half of their 2014 draft class under contract with only their first-four selections remaining.
Fede’s four-year contract is worth an estimated $2,275,952 which includes a signing bonus of $55,952, according to OverTheCap.com.
Fede was the Pioneer Football League Defensive Player of the Year last season when he totaled 13 sacks, 18 tackles for a loss, four passes defensed and a forced fumble. He clearly has a tough road to making the final 53-man roster, but the same can be said for every seventh-round pick.
