ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Dolphins have reached agreement with DT C.J. Mosley on a one-year contract.

  • According to Adam Caplan, Mosley receives a one-year contract worth the veteran’s minimum from the Dolphins.

Mosley visited with the Dolphins earlier in the week and reportedly had interest from three teams. However, it appears as though Mosley elected to reunite with Ndamukong Suh in Miami.

Mosley, 31, was suspended for marijuana possession after it was discovered in his hotel while the team was in London for their game against the Falcons last season.

In 2014, Mosley appeared in 15 games and recorded 26 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and a forced fumble for the Lions. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 26 defensive tackle out of 81 qualifying players.

We had Mosley listed as the No. 14 player in our Top 25 Best Available Free Agents list.
