Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that the Dolphins are signing rookie WR Jordan Westerkamp to a contract on Sunday.
Westerkamp, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Nebraska a few months ago and tried out for the Buccaneers, but did not receive an offer from the team following the session.
During his four-year college career, Nebraska, Westerkamp caught 167 passes for 2,474 yards receiving and 18 touchdowns to go along with 112 punt return yards over the course of 48 games.
